| Villas to go, a UK based online travel service provider wanted to revamp their existing property booking website in order to enhance customer experience and cater to their future expansion plans. Icreon delivered to them a revamped villastogo.com website based on the .net framework- a robust and more scaleable platform. |

| Established in 2001, Villas to go is a UK based online travel service provider offering a wide range of vacation properties in Portugal, Spain, Crete, Cyprus, Skopelos and Florida on rent. |

| Business Requirement |
| Villas To Go wanted to upgrade their current technology platform (PHP/MySQL) to a more robust and scalable one and planned to expand their scope of activities to include online car rental services, call center services and property owner modules which in turn would lead to a larger customer base. They felt that their existing application would be unable to meet this requirement. |

| An online property booking system |
In order to provide a solution that was more robust and scaleable, Icreon suggested the use of .net framework for developing the solution. Icreon delivered to them villastogo.com, a web application that enables property seekers to book real estate online, temporarily and for vacationing purposes. Vacationers can search for villas et al, browse through its details, check availability status and book the same.
Icreon developed back-end modules enabling administrators to manage the website. Using the interfaces provided, Administrators can perform the following tasks: |

Manage back-end users i.e. Suppliers and Agents. Separate back-end modules have been provided for both Suppliers and Agents through which they can book properties, assigned to them by the Administrator, for their clients. |

Upload details of villas available for rent. A Calendar Management Tool has been developed that enables the Administrator to set the availability details for a villa either by uploading an Excel Spreadsheet containing information pertaining to status of availability or by manually entering these details into the system. |

Upload details of countries and towns and assign villas to them, view and check the status of booking orders, view enquiries made by property seekers, send out newsletters to subscribers, and generate & view reports |

| Summary |
| By migrating the existing application (having limited extensibility) to the .net framework, Icreon provided the ideal platform for villas to go, for possible future enhancements, thereby increasing the overall robustness and scalability of the application. |
